Authority to Upload. You represent that you own the photo or have permission from the owner to upload and authorize NOBL to use it.

License Grant. You grant Guardian Pet Food Company / NOBL (“NOBL”) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, host, modify, transform, create derivative works from, publish, and display the uploaded image and the resulting output image for:

• • generating your requested branded image,

  • showcasing examples of the tool, and

  • NOBL marketing and promotional use (website, email, social, digital ads).

Edits & AI Processing. You authorize NOBL to crop, resize, color-correct, add overlays/text, and (if selected) apply AI-based stylization or transformation.

No Compensation. You understand you will not receive compensation for this use.

Removal Requests. You may request removal of your image from NOBL marketing by contacting: customerservice@noblfoods.com. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to honor removal requests, but cannot recall content already shared or republished by others.

Prohibited Content. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates privacy/publicity rights of others.

Privacy. Your contact information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We may store uploads and outputs for 90 days to provide the service and maintain records of consent.
