Jim is a lifelong pet advocate, industry veteran, and the driving force behind NOBL Foods. With leadership experience at Nestlé Purina, Mars Pet Care (Royal Canin), and Blue Buffalo, his career spans from frontline roles to executive leadership in global supply chain and veterinary commerce, building a deep, practical understanding of pet nutrition and product quality.
Beyond corporate leadership, Jim has advised both emerging startups and established global brands, helping shape products and strategies that prioritize pet health over profit. He currently serves on the advisory boards of Bond Pets and PetMio, continuing his commitment to advancing ethical, high-quality nutrition across the industry.
